Steep: 150° for 30 minutes. 3 gallons water.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.107 3 gallons
3 lb. 0 oz. Amber malt extract
3 lb. 0 oz. Light dry malt extract
1 lb. 0 oz. Rice extract
.5 oz crystal ginger
1/4 oz bitter orange peel
1/4 oz sweet orange peel
1/4 oz lemon peel
added at 10 minutes left.
Irish moss at 10 minutes left
Hops: .375 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
