.5 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Steep: ~150° for about 40-50 minutes
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.076 3 gallons
5.4 lb. Light malt extract
Irish moss for the last 10 minutes
Hops: 1 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 90 min.)
1 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 45 min.)
1 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 5 min.)
0 oz. Saaz (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast KÖLSCH yeast
Carbonation: corn sugar
