This is a great session brew that I named after my daughter.

Steep: | Specialty Grains are steeped at 150° for 30 minutes. I use a mesh grain bag, but it is not mandatory. |

Boil: | 60 minutes | SG 1.123 | 2.5 gallons | |||||
3 lb. 0 oz. Light dry malt extract 3 lb. 0 oz. Amber dry malt extract 1 lb. 0 oz. Corn sugar |

1 tsp. Irish Moss at last 15 minutes. | ||||||||
Hops: | 1.5 oz. Cluster (7% AA, 60 min.) .5 oz. Cluster (7% AA, 30 min.) 1 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 15 min.) |

Yeast: | White Labs WLP001 with a 16oz. starter. |

Log: | Primary Fermentation for 3 weeks at 65-70°. Racking to secondary is not required. |

Carbonation: | Keg or bottle as you normally would. I bottle condition with 5 oz. priming sugar (dextrose) for approximately 3 weeks. | |||||||
Tasting: | Obviously this is not a competition brew, but it is a great beer while hanging out with friends. |
