Dagwood's Blondie

Cream/Blonde Ale with a late addition of a relatively new
hop variety (Jarrylo) that is supposed to add "banana, pear,
orange, and fruity spice" flavors.

Alcohol: 5.8% v/v (4.5% w/w)
Water: All PA Spring Water
Grain: 9 lb. American 2-row
1 lb. Honey Malt
Mash: 80% efficiency
Mash for 60 minutes @ 152°
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.042 7 gallons
1 Whirlfloc (Irish Moss) tablet @ 20 minutes remaining in the boil.
Hops: 1 oz. Cluster (7% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Jarrylo (aroma)
Yeast: Safale US-05 Ale Yeast.
Carbonation: Bottle condition w/ 5 oz corn sugar
