My first partial-mash cream ale.

Bitterness: 22 IBU
OG: 1.054 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 5.7% v/v (4.4% w/w)
Water: Hinckley Springs drinking water in 5 gal bottles. Home delivery.
Grain: 12 oz. American 2-row
12 oz. Corn (Hominy Grits)
Mash: 60% efficiency
Slow-cooker micro mash: Add grain + 2 qt. water at room temperature. Heat to 152F and rest for 90 minutes.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.090 3 gallons
2 lb. Light dry malt extract
1 lb. Rice extract
3 lb. Wheat extract
1 tsp. Irish Moss
Hops: 1.5 oz. Cascade (4.5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (4.5% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Fuggles (aroma)
Yeast: 6g package Munton's dry ale yeast
Carbonation: 5 oz. corn sugar
