This is also known as my return to brewing ale. My brewing's been out of commission
for over a year and a half now, so I'm getting back into it with a light ale.

Yeast: | Due to economic reasons, the temperature in my apartment hovers around 64°. Because of this, and just to be unique, I'm using a California Ale and a Steam beer yeast together. | |||||||
Carbonation: | 2.7 volumes | Corn Sugar: 4.77 oz. for 5 gallons @ 64°F |
