Alcohol: 3.9% v/v (3.0% w/w)
Grain: 0.92 lb. American crystal 10L
7.4 oz. Flaked corn
Steep: Steep grains in 2 gal. water at 160° for 30 min. Rinse grains with 2 quarts warm water.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.103 2.5 gallons
3.05 lb. Light malt extract
2.76 lb. Light dry malt extract
Add extracts and bring to boil. Follow hop schedule adding Irish moss at last 15 minutes.
Hops: 0.92 oz. Northern Brewer (8.1% AA, 60 min.)
0.92 oz. Northern Brewer (8.1% AA, 30 min.)
0.46 oz. Cascade (6.3% AA, 15 min.)
0.46 oz. Cascade (6.3% AA, 5 min.)
Yeast: I used Muntons dry ale yeast.
