Decoction at 150F for 60 minutes with sparges at 170-175 degrees. Two five gallon sparges. | ||||||||

Log: | Brewed on 12/22/9. A honey bee flew into my wort. I found it just before racking. Keeping fingers crossed that he flew in during the boil. Racked to secondaries on 12/30/9. No infections so far. On 12/31/9, I added an ounce of pelletized cascades to each secondary container. Still no infections. |
