Mash in at 154. strike temp should be around 165
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.042 6.0 gallons
.75 lb. Corn sugar
add corn sugar at the last ten minutes when also adding a whirlfloc tab
Hops: 1.0 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: us-o5 or california common yeast works great. ferment at 70 F
