Grain: 400g American crystal 60L
400g Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
200g Belgian CaraVienne
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.067 20 liters
4kg Light malt extract
Hops: 30g Willamette (4.6% AA, 60 min.)
15g Amarillo (9.3% AA, 60 min.)
15g Cascade (6.2% AA, 15 min.)
30g Willamette (4.6% AA, 15 min.)
20g Amarillo (9.3% AA, 15 min.)
15g Cascade (aroma)
15g Amarillo (aroma)
30g Cacade (dry hopping) (aroma)
15g Amarillo (dry hopping) (aroma)
Yeast: US-05
Log: Brewed on October 1st, dry hopping a week later and bottled a week after that.
Fermentation temperature 23c.
Carbonation: Used 150g corn sugar.
Tasting: Came out as I hoped it would be, aromatic with a bitter finale.
Would probably make this one again if I can get some more Amarilo
