8 oz. Briess crystal 60L
4 oz. Dingemans Cara 8
8 oz. Rolled oats
4 oz. Rye malt
6 oz. White wheat
Mash: 85% efficiency
153° for 60 min.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.059 7.5 gallons
1 lb. Turbinado sugar
2 minute hops are flameout with 10 min whirlpool
Aroma hops are dry hops
Hops: 1 oz. Columbus (13.1% AA, 60 min.)
2 oz. Columbus (13.1% AA, 2 min.)
2 oz. Chinook (12.2% AA, 2 min.)
2 oz. Amarillo (8.4% AA, 2 min.)
1 oz. Columbus (aroma)
1 oz. Citra (aroma)
2 oz. Amarillo (aroma)
Yeast: WY 1450
Log: Ferment 7-10 days at 63°
Dry hop 5 days
