Alcohol: 6.2% v/v (4.8% w/w)
Grain: 16 oz. American Munich
20 oz. Weyermann Carafa III Special
Steep: In 1.5 gal water steep at 150 f for 30 min
Rinse with 0.5 gal 150 f water
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.065 5 gallons
8 lb. Light malt extract
60 min boil after break
add 1/2 of the LME at start of boil and remaining with 15 min left
add 2 oz of Malt-Dextrin with 15 min left in boil
Add 1 tsp Irish moss with 15 min left in boil
4 gal left after the boil
Hops: 2 oz. Centennial (7.6% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6.9% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6.9% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Citra (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast 1332 Northwest ale
Log: Dry hop with 1 oz. Citra or Simcoe
Carbonation: bottled with 4 oz corn sugar
