Alcohol: 5.6% v/v (4.4% w/w)
Grain: 8 oz. American 2-row
8 oz. American Munich
8 oz. American crystal 10L
Steep: In 1.5 gal steep at 150 f for 30 min
Rinse with .5 gal water at 150 f
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.063 5 gallons
8 lb. Light malt extract
60 min boil after break
add 1/2 of LME at start of boil and remaining with 15 min left
add 2 oz of malt-Dextrin with 15 min left
add 1 tsp of Irish Moss with 15 min left
4 gal remain after boil
Hops: 1 oz. Nugget (14.9% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Centennial (7.3% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6.9% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast Northwest ale
Log: Dry hop with 2 oz of Simcoe in primary after 7-9 days.
Let condition while dry hopping for 7-9 days.
Cold crash for 2-3 days
Bottle with 16-22oz plus 26-12oz
Carbonation: Bottled with 4-5 oz corn sugar in 2 cups of water
