Stout Billy's Brewhaus IPA
I have brewed this at least 5 times and it gets better each try.
I have steadily increased the amount of grain with better and better
results.

Single step Infusion using 1 qt per lb of grain. I am sure to warm my entire system so I get 18 degrees of drop from 170F to 152F for my mash temp. |

Boil: | 2HR minutes | SG 1.054 | 13.5 gallons | |||||
2 tsp of Irish Moss at 1:30 into the boil. | ||||||||
Hops: | 2 oz. Northern Brewer (6.9% AA, 120 min.) 2 oz. Northern Brewer (6.9% AA, 90 min.) 2 oz. Cascade (6.2% AA, 15 min.) 1 oz. Fuggles (aroma) |

Yeast: | Easyeast American Ale Yeast - 2 bottles for 10 Gal batch. | |||||||
Log: | Brew Date: 7/10/2000 Ferment at 75F. Dry hop in secondary when primary complete. I use geletin in the secondary to clear the stuff. I don't bottle, I keg and keep it at 40F and 7-10 psi...cause thats what I like. |
