Boil for 1/2 hour then add 1st hop for 45 min. add 2nd hop with 1 tsp Irish moss for 13 min. add 3rd hop for 7 min. Cool to 70° Strain into fermenting pail. add 1 tsp. each acid blend / yeast nutrient |

Log: | Ferment for 1 week. Rack to glass for 2 weeks then bottle (or keg) |
