Single-infusion mash @ 153°F for 60 minutes with 3.3 gallons. Temperature only fell 1°F over 60 minutes in Gott cooler. Sparged @ 170°F for 45 minutes with 5.25 gallons. |

1 tsp Irish moss (15 min) Yield to fermenter was less than 5 gallons -- lots of evaporation. |
