Mike's Big Beer

What can I say, It's just another good IPA recipe.
It could probably use more hops all around. I would love to
see what a judge would say about it, but I just can't bare with
sending 8 bottles in the mail.

9 HCU (~7 SRM)
Bitterness: 43 IBU
OG: 1.066 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 7.2% v/v (5.7% w/w)
Water: Carbon filtered tap water
Grain: 19.5 lb. American 2-row
1 lb. American Vienna
1 lb. American crystal 10L
1 lb. American crystal 40L
Mash: 80% efficiency
Held at 150° F for 80 minutes.
Mashed out at 170° F for 10 minutes.
Sparged with 10 gallons of 175° F water
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.055 12 gallons
Added .5lbs dextrine sugar to the boil for extra body.
Added Irish Moss 15 min before end of boil.
Hops: 2 oz. Chinook (11.5% AA, 60 min.)
2 oz. Saaz (3.00% AA, 15 min.)
1.5 oz. Saaz (aroma)
Yeast: White Labs California ale yeast. 2 pint starter
