Tasting: | The Centennial Hops are very pronounced. By mistake I added 1 oz to much in the boil. I would prefer to have slightly less bitter. However, this may have helped offset the sweetness that the higher FG produced. A clean taste. There is some chill haze that I would like to have drop out. I brewed this beer for John & Joy's wedding. |
