Munchy
This is a beautiful thing. The Safale S-04 yeast has left it brilliantly clear. The Munich has given it a wonderful malty taste. It's bitterer than I intended.

Yeast: | Safale S-04. Started fast, attenuated 78%, left beer brilliantly clear. No noticeable taste. I really like this yeast. | |||||||
Carbonation: | Added corn sugar to bottles at a rate equivalent to 1/2 cup per 5 gallons. | |||||||
Tasting: | Great taste already, maybe even better after it has aged and the bitterness has smoothed out more. We'll see. |
