Hop Head IPA
This was my first attempt at an overhopped IPA. The wheat extract was used to give it an extra creamy head.

Tasting: | The aroma of this beer was unbelievable. However, the taste was much more bitter than anticipated. The IBU's were not that high and the aroma hops were actually dry hopped so there should not have been bitterness added there. The dry hopping was over 3 days so I'm going to scale that down and try again. |
