Strike at 175F with 3.75 Gals. Mash 2 row at 153°F for 30-60 minutes. Test after 30 minutes. Add Crystal and Carapils and mash out at 168°F for 10 minutes. | ||||||||
Boil: | 60 minutes | SG 1.050 | 6.5 gallons | |||||
Bring 2 oz oak chips to boil in saucepan for 10 minutes, strain liquid into boil kettle. Irish moss last 15 minutes. |
