Nuclear Testing IPA
I originally brewed this on 6/2/98, just after India did its
nuclear tests (I was planning it BEFORE they did the tests :-),
hence the name...

I really used 3/4 cup corn sugar...Don't know if that comes out to 2.86 oz or not. (I lost a gallon due to mistakes on my rack to secondary) |
||||||||
Tasting: | Nice head retention. I might want to dry hop a little more? (I loved the aroma, but might have wanted a little more) I would have used fining agents (eg. polycar) - beer wasn't too clear, esp. after dry-hopping. |
