.5 oz. Centennial (9.9% AA, 45 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (6.3% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (6.3% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: EasYeast London Ale
Log: Racked after 8 days to secondary. Dry hopped with 1 oz. Cascade (whole flower hops) for two weeks.
