Steep: | Steep grains at 155F for 45 minutes. Remove spent grains and add Malt Extract and Bittering hops, boil for 1 hour. (Use 1 gallon of water in separate pot for all hop additions to be combined when boil is complete) At 30 minutes add 2nd addition Add Irish Moss last 5 minutes of boil Add aroma hops last 2 minutes of boil Cool and pitch yeast |
