Added Irish Moss last 15min. Also, plan to dry-hop w/ 2oz. leaf Cascades in secondary. |

Log: | Brewed on 10/11/03, pitched (glass) at 75° - ferm started w/in 8hrs. Racked to secondary (glass) on 10/19/03. Bottled on 11/9/03. |

Carbonation: | Bottle conditioned w/ 3/4 cup priming sugar. | |||||||
Tasting: | Tried at 1 wk. - Too young, a little grassy taste from the 2oz. dry-hop. Tried at 2 wks. - getting better, 3 wks. better still. Took to LHBC meeting on 12/4/03 and got raves, this is my best yet. I will be making this regularly. |
