Satan's agenda IPA
God said, he who eats the fruit from the tree of life shall perish. Satan had a different idea... and tempted eve with the fruit. If ol' nick had tempted eve with this beer, I think she would have rolled over just that much quicker.

Log: | Brewed it today, 11/12/03. Only meant to put 1/2 oz each at 20,15,10 and 5 minutes... forgot the irish moss, didn't want to screw up my hop sched, so I just kept dumping hops in for the next 10 minutes to give the irish moss leprechans a chance to work. I get the idea that there is a slight chance that this will be a bit hoppy. 11/17/2003: Racked from primary to carboy. SG 1.012 and smells real good. Dry hopped with 1 oz cascade 12/3/2003: Bottled tonight. Taste shows nice clean bitterness, wonderful hop aroma, just smells wonderful while bottling. SG 1.010 |
