Amarillo IPA
Trying out a new hop. The simple grain bill is a
canvas to let (hopefully) the Amarillo hops shine
through. This hop is suppose to be like Cascade
but with a tangerine like flavor instead of the
grapefruit like flavor of Cascade.

Dough in, temp. stable at approx. 65°C. Hold about 20 minutes add more water temp stable approx 67°C. Hold 20 min. Use pump to recirculate for about 15 minutes. Sparge directly into boil kettle using pump. |
