Very good IPA with a "steamy" flavor

Steep: | Add grains to cold water and bring to a boil, simmer 15 minutes and sparge into boiling water. rinse grains with cold water and bing up to 2 gal. Return to boil add all DME and boiling hops. Boil for 50 minutes and add boiling hops, irish moss, and gypsum. Boil 10 minutes add aroma hops sparge into 3 gal of water allow to cool add dry hops and yeast |
