Mashtun capacity is limited to 2.6Kg of grains. 66°C mash for 90 minutes. Sparge at 75°C to get 12L in the kettle. |

Add the Dry malt extract at start of boil. Add the Coopers Pale Ale extract kit at flameout to improve hop extraction efficiency and preserve the hop aroma and flavours in the Coopers kit. |

Yeast: | Windsor Ale yeast or Wyeast 1028 London Ale yeast. Keep the fermentation temp to around 18°C. |

Log: | Rack to secondary and bulk condition after the primary fermentation has finished in approx. 2 weeks. Allow the beer to brighten and then rack to the keg, force carbonate and enjoy! |

You can alternatively bulk prime with 180g of dextrose before bottling if kegging isn't an option... |
