Yeast: | White Labs California Ale I tried to get away without using a starter and it fermented very slow. Next time I'll plan better. |

Log: | Actual yeild after boil was 4 gallons I still haven't figured how to get out whats below the valve on my Sanke kettle. 11 days primary, 2 weeks secondary, how ever long I can wait in a keg. |

Tasting: | Next time I'll definitely use a yeast starter and hopefully devise a way to get all the wort out of my sanke without a mess. Smells great can't wait to taste |
