English IPA
This is a very nice down-the-middle English style IPA. Very earthy compared to American versions.

Tasting: | Bitter from the get go. Aroma, flavor and aftertaste. Definitely an earthy taste from Target/Fuggles hops versus citrus of an American-style IPA. Could probably have dry hopped in secondary with more Fuggles to get even more aroma. Has turned out to be quite quaffable. Another keeper. |
