Steep: | We intended to steep the grains for 30 minutes at 153F. We accidentally let the temperature get up in the 190F range, then we turned down the burner. Hopefully the warmer steeping will not have adverse affects. | |||||||

Yeast: | We used a dry packet of Munton's yeast. We did not use a starter. | |||||||
