hopguy pale ale
Heat 2gal water to 160F.
Steep crushed grains for 15min.
Bring to boil, add galena, centennial hop pellets. After 5 minutes add amarillo hops.
Boil for 30min
add simcoe hop pellets (flavor) and irish moss
Boil for 15min.
Remove from heat stir in malt extract.
Boil for 15 min
remove from heat add centennial hop pellets (aroma)
add 3gal cold water to wort
chill to 75F
pitch yeast
ferment 7-10 days
