Log: | 16 APR 2006- brew ferment for 4-7 days then rack dry hop with cascade for 4-7 days in 2nd fermenter prime with 1.5 cups of light DME |

Carbonation: | dissolve the 1.5 cups of DME in water and pour into bottling bucket. Rack 2nd fermenter into the bottling bucket and finished beer should carbonate in due time after bottling. |
