Log: | Ferment at 70 deg. in primary for 2 weeks. Move to secodary fermentor and sit for 3 weeks while dry hopping with 2 oz Cascade for each 5 gal. batch. Filter with 15 micron filter and move to carboy which was prefilled with CO2. Be sure to quaff copious amounts of Sam Adams while brewing! |
