6 lb. 10 oz. Amber malt extract
2 lb. 8 oz. Light dry malt extract
1 tbsp . irish moss
Hops: .5 oz. U.K.pilgrim pellets (11% AA, 60 min.)
.333 oz. Amarillo pellets (8% AA, 45 min.)
.25 oz. U.K.pilgrim pellets (11% AA, 45 min.)
.333 oz. Amarillo pellets (8% AA, 30 min.)
.25 oz. Crystal pellets (3.8% AA, 30 min.)
.25 oz. U.K.pilgrim pellets (11% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. U.K. first gold (7% AA, 15 min.)
.333 oz. Amarillo pellets (8% AA, 15 min.)

Yeast: 1056 wyeast american ale 2cups light DME to .5 gal water boil 10 min chill to 70deg f add swelled packet 24 hrs pre ferment pitch yeast
Log: dry hopped with cascade 1oz whole leaf in secondary ferment .
due to excess pellets remove trub as well as posible.
Carbonation: 2.2 volumes Corn Sugar: 3.59 oz. for 5 gallons @ 68°F
final sg: 1.0100
Tasting: cant wait2 taste brewed on friday the 13th ........ of feb 2009 oooooooooo....scarry lol
