Haven't made it yet. Couple weeks and I'll tell you how it turns out.

Type: Extract w/grain Size: 5 gallons
Color:
10 HCU (~7 SRM)
Bitterness: 49 IBU
OG: 1.064 FG: 1.016
Alcohol: 6.2% v/v (4.9% w/w)
Water: Distilled water from Publix
Grain: 1.00 lb. American 2-row
1.00 lb. Belgian pale
Steep: Grain bag. 1 hr. Keep the water under 170° if possible.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.107 3 gallons
6.5 lb. Light dry malt extract
Irish Moss to the boil. 1 tsp. 15 left.
Hops: 1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
0.50 oz. Amarillo (7% AA, 30 min.)
0.50 oz. Simcoe (15% AA, 30 min.)
0.50 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.)
0.50 oz. Amarillo (7% AA, 15 min.)
0.50 oz. Simcoe (15% AA, 15 min.)
0.5 oz. Simcoe (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast American Liquid Ale Yeast #1056. Smack pack but no starter.
Log: Primary for 5-7 days. Secondary for 7 days.
Dry hop with 0.5 oz each SIMCOE and CASCADE at 4 days left in the secondary
Carbonation: 0.75 cups priming (corn sugar)
