Grain: 8 lb. 12 oz. American 2-row
2 lb. 4 oz. American Munich
8 oz. Belgian CaraMunich
8 oz. Canadian Honey Malt
2 oz. Carafa
Mash: 75% efficiency
Mashed at 151F for 90 minutes
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.044 7.5 gallons
1 tsp Irish Moss at 15 min
Hops: .5 oz. Sorachi Ace (12.1% AA, 75 min.)
.75 oz. Columbus (12.2% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Sorachi Ace (12.1% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Columbus (12.2% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Sorachi Ace (aroma)
.5 oz. Columbus (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast 1056 smack pack. No starter
