My first partial mash! I was originally going to make a 3 gallon batch with just grains, but I changed my mind and decided to make a full batch with some extract.

It took a very long time (about an hour and a half) to get the water from 120F all the way up to boiling; I usually do a partial boil of 3 gallons rather than a full boil of 6. | ||||||||
