Mash: | 65% efficiency | |||||||
3 gal. of 138° water added to crushed grain, stir, stablize and hold at 128° for 30 minutes. Add 1 gal. boiling water to bring temperature to 150° and hold for 60 minutes. Do starch conversion test at end of mash. Bulk sparge with 4 gal of 170° water when starch conversion complete. Collect 7/7.5 gallons of runoff for the boil. | ||||||||
