West Coast IPA 3
This is the third time on a West Coast sytle IPA. Variations from my original Wild West IPA. This is a bit stronger on hops and malt. More Cascade this time.

Log: | Brewed June 6, 2010, next morning had violent fermentation. Used a blow off tube instead of airloc. It would have blown an airloc through the cieling. Had warm weather on June 11-13 (temp inside up to 80). Secondary on June 13, 2010 and smelling wonderful. Kegged on July 10, 2010. FG 1.014. |
