Tasting: | Attenuation is only 59%. Tasting before priming showed a dry, highly hopped beer. Beer was kegged into Medicine Rock small kegs. This is a dry, full bodied beer, but given the amount of dry hopped Cascades, I was a little surprised that there wasn't more aroma and attribute this to the fact that I put it into the secondary earlier than usual and some of the aroma may have blown off with the still very active fermentation. Still, there was adequate aroma for the style and for my taste. I am an unrepentant hop head. |
