Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.095 3 gallons
6 lb. Light dry malt extract
Add 1 Teaspoon Irish moss last 15 minutes of boil to clarify.
Hops: 1 oz. Chinook (11.4% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Chinook (11.4% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Chinook (11.4% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: 11g Nottingham brewing yeast.

Carbonation: 2.3 volumes Keg: 9.6 psi @ 39°F
