I used some of mouse's homegrow hops it should be good . I was inspired by his beer at the brew contest for dana farber.

Mash:	74% efficiency
	mashed in at 151 degr. adjust ph. to 5.25
Boil:	60 minutes	SG 1.050	6.5 gallons
	whirlflock tab at 20 mins left.
Hops:	2 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 60 min.) 1 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 45 min.) 1 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast:	white labs california ale yeast 2nd gen.
