145° rest / 30 mins/3 gallons 160° strike water. Meanwhile, slowly bring to boil in separate pan 1.5 gallons water,corn,and 1# of grain. Add corn mix to mash plus 2 gallons 160° water and hold at 154° for 90 minutes.Sparge with 2.5 gallons 180° water for 30 minutes.Collect 7+ gallons. |
