1/2 tsp. Epsom salt
Grain: 13 lb. American 2-row
9.8 oz. American crystal 40L
6 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Mash: 75% efficiency
Dough in with 4.66 gallons of water at 165° F.
Mash for 60 min. at 152° F
Add 1 quart of water at 190° F to mash.
Vorlauf, run off.
Heat 3.5 gallons to 190° F for batch sparge.

Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.060 7 gallons
1 lb. Corn sugar
1/2 tsp. Irish Moss @ 15 min.
1/2 tsp. Wyeast Nutrient @ 10 min.
Hops: 1.5 oz. Chinook (10.5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Centennial (9.2% AA, 20 min.)
1 oz. Columbus (14.4% AA, 20 min.)
.5 oz. Centennial (9.2% AA, 10 min.)
.5 oz. Chinook (10.5% AA, 10 min.)
