Mash: | 80% efficiency | |||||||
1.2 quarts per pound at 169°F for a mash temp of 155°F. Hold for 60 min. Pull 5 quart decoction and add to 4 quarts boiling water. Heat to boil then reintroduce to mash for a mash out temp of 160-165°F. Continuous sparge with 175°F water to collect 6.5 gallons in brewpot. | ||||||||
