My goal is to consintrate on the step mashing process and produce a flavorful Golden Strong Ale within the Belgian style.

Protien rest at 122° F for 15 minutes. Saccharification rest at 150° for 45 minutes. Mash out at 170 for 10 minutes. Sparge off at 165° in 45 minutes. |
