Ivresse En Extase
I'll be brewing this one on 02/10/02. Maybe a better name for it would be EVERYTHING BUT THE KITCHEN SINK. It should have LOTS of body as alot of unfermentables will be generated with the specialty grains. I will keep you posted on how it evolves.

Log: | Miscalculated my hop bill and added some residual cascade hops I had at home to compensate for boiling hop. This hop is usually considered a no-no for this style. We'll see what hapens. | |||||||
Tasting: | 04/28/02 Tasting notes: Fruity nose, really nice head, big bodied beer but a little strong on the orange flavour. Strong alcoholic kick. Lacks balance at this point in time. |
