garden party
A bit less of a graden party than my summer saison will be, I had to stick with herbs that were alive inside for the early spring brew session. My first real attempt at this style, I didn't want to overspice it, so I tried to keep things low.

20min hops are actually FWH. Honey was added at flame out along with: 0.3oz Corriander Seed(crushed) 0.3oz dried Ginger Root 0.2oz Bitter Orange Peel 0.2oz Sweet Orange Peel 0.25TSP!!! Grains of Paradise(crushed) 0.1oz fresh Rosemary 6 large Lemon Verbena leaves This was stirred in with the honey, then the aroma hops were also stirred in, 3min rest, then drained kettle through counter-flow chiller. |

Tasting: | Kettle sample showed very dominant spices(especially ginger). Sample at transfer to secondary was more rounded. This will sit in secondary for at least a month. |
